This is where I labor and spend most of my time. This photo was made in 2002. We had just recently moved into this new home in Virginia when we returned to the area after ten years of ministry in Orlando, Florida. Shortly after this photo was made, Yolly made some nice drapes for the windows. The frame just above my head reads, "We shall behold Him," and it is an awesome aerial photo, high above the clouds, looking into the blazing sun rising. My son, Steve (below), gave me that several years ago and I have had it above my desk ever since. "Beholding Him" is a daily hope.

This second photo is, L to R, my handsome middle son Steve (visiting from California), my beautiful and saintly wife, Violeta (nickname Yolly), and yours truly. We are standing on the deck in the back of the house, facing the woods. Excuse the grubby jeans and T-shirt, my summer uniform. The "U of M" on the cap stands for the University of Miami! As to the T-shirt, I still pray "God bless America," and will always do so. I have two other handsome, grown sons, three wonderful daughters-in law, and ten wonderful grandchlidren ranging from ages 5 to 19 in the year 2004. They are all scattered in New Jersey, California and Georgia. We are all a testimony of God's grace.
