Dear friends:

On September 23, 2008 I shared how God had healed me of prostate cancer, first diagnosed on 1993. The healing was purely by God's Word and faith in God's Word. I never went back to the doctor. Recently, I have had another miraculous cancer healing!

In the early summer of 2008, I began to be concerned about a dark spot on the right side of my head. It gradually got larger and larger, darker and darker, and more ominous looking. I was very concerned and suspected melanoma cancer, a most difficult and dangerous form of cancer.

Because it looked to me like the melanoma photos I had seen, I decided to check it out on the Internet. Below is what I found.

What to do? A normal person would rush to the doctor, who would have a lab test done, and then if cancer was confirmed the doctor would proceed with some radical treatment protocol, such as surgery and/or radiation, the former no fun and the latter dangerous to adjacent cells. I decided to run to my personal doctor, Dr. Jesus. He has an outstanding reputation. I trust Him totally with my life, and I knew He had healed me before

I remembered a fellow in my Bible study, businessman Jim Hollis, who recently had melanoma diagnosed on his face. The oncologist wanted to treat it immediately. But Jim declined and decided to completely trust the Lord for his healing. The oncologist was incredulous, but had to accept Jim's decision. Jim is a man of great faith. He went to God's Word and clamed his healing. Within days, the spot on his face totally disappeared! It was an awesome miracle, which he shares frequently.

So I decided to let Jim look at this ugly thing on my head and gve me his opinion as to what it was. He looked at it and immediately said it looked like melanoma to him. I know this is not scientific, and scoffers would ridicule me, but it looked like the photos of melanoma to me, and to Jim, and I believe it was. That's good enough for me.

At the Bible study, I decided to ask to be prayed for by Jim and our study leader, Tom Devitt, a missionary who spends much time in China and has seen many, many supernatural miracles. Tom is also a man of great faith. They laid hands on me according to Mark 16:18 and prayed a powerful prayer. We left it in God's hands and left the meeting in peace. This was in August or early September 2008.

The healing was gradual. Within a week, I began to notice the spot getting a little smaller. In 3-4 weeks it was considerably smaller. By mid-October, the spot had completely disappeared, leaving just new skin!

I was healed!!! Praise God. See "after" photos below:

Lessons:

1 Trust Jesus and His word for your healing. Trust His Word to prove itself true! It will, if you totally cast yourself on it.

2. Regularly associate with Christians who radically believe God's Word, where you can pray for one another with strong faith, and get results. The Bible says that without faith we cannot please the Lord, and Jesus said, "According to your faith be it unto you" (Mark 9:29).

3. Unless witnessing to them, avoid doubters and nay-sayers, who can rob you of your healing. Well-meaning Christians who do not know or who do not believe God's Word can be the greatest detriment to God's power, God's Kingdom, and answered prayer. They may sound religious, but they are serving the devil, even if unknowingly, so do not listen to them.
